I had the chance to work with the very talented Chef Simon Jenkins especially at the Sheraton Park lane.  He is very innovative and thoughtful & his creativity breathes fresh air into the world of fine dining. His unique and modern approach towards promoting finest local produce and his passion & brilliance can be clearly seen throughout the dishes.  I and my team personally have benefitted so much under his training and guidance that we have enhanced and improved the overall F&B offerings at the hotel.

He is very calm minded and focused. He is a great teacher and his hands on approach makes him stand among one of the best. He is certainly an inspiration for future patisseries. His desserts are a complete delight!
